Moving Forward
The Moving Forward workshop series will challenge you to shape and develop the story of the Mission Community. It is designed to energise and equip a broad leadership group to accelerate the development of the Mission Community. You will have the opportunity to gain expertise in using a leadership toolkit to develop as enterprising, missional disciples who make things happen.
We no longer offer facilitated workshops, but provide the notes and resources below so that you can use the materials in your own context.
“Everybody needs to be invited to dream Godly dreams, embrace new vision and use their passions and skills like never before. Everybody is invited to take a lead…” – A Discipling Presence 2017
You can download the materials for Moving Forward below.
There is also a PowerPoint for leaders. To request a copy of this, please email steve.minto@carlislediocese.org.uk

Rev. Tony Ford, the vicar of St. Mark's in Barrow, has taken on a new role as the chaplain for BAE Systems in Barrow, the UK's leading submarine building site. Tony balances his role at BAE with his duties at St. Mark's and the Barrow Raiders rugby team. He aims to eventually develop a chaplaincy team on-site, ensuring ongoing support for employees facing various life challenges.
